CRB
As part of our pre-screening, every person that we bring on board has to be criminal record checked. The CRB can often take several weeks to be completed so it is often a good idea to start the process as soon as possible to avoid the possibility of it delaying start date.The easiest way to do this is online. The website to go to is: http://www.disclosurescotland.co.uk/apply-online/ and then click on the Start Application button.  It will more or less explain what do all the way through.
If you send us the receipt when you have completed the process then we will gladly reimburse you.

Invoicing
Information on our Invoicing system will be attached to the pre-screening details we send you, thought here is an outline of the process.
Please submit your authorised timesheet for the previous week worked by no later than 2pm each Monday
Payments will be made monthly upon successful receipts of accurate, authorised timesheets for the relevant 4/5 week period.
If for whatever reason you will be unable to complete any of the above for a particular week worked please inform us accordingly.
If you are intending on taking holidays, please let us know in advance the week/s you intend to take off.
Please note, gaining authorisation involves simply forwarding the timesheet electronically to your manager to simply authorise by return (to you or directly to us).  If, in conjunction with the client, a different process is agreed for signing timesheets please inform us accordingly.
Please ensure you get invoices to us by no later than midday on the Tuesday so that we can process it for the same Friday.

Continuity and Support
We have a large pool of associates and consultants that we have worked with for a number of years. Although we can’t guarantee moving consultants directly into another position once they have finished an assignment with us, we are always keen to keep on board consultants who have performed well and we have a high success rate in redeploying consultants onto other assignments.
